Requirements

• AMK degree in engineering or technology
• Broad experience and understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling in industrial settings
• Experience with SAP maintenance management system
• Knowledge of maintenance and shutdown practices
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations
• Commitment to Eastman's safety policies
• English language skills
