We are seeking an experienced Tax Credit Manager for a local property management and development company based in Kansas City, MO. Requirements

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and ADA compliance rules
• Professional resident interaction and property management
• Working knowledge of Real Page or similar Resident tracking systems
• Ability to understand maintenance and professional repairs
• Work order processing and contractor communication
• Inventory control and shop organization
• Understanding of property management 101 (rent collection, posting)
• Understanding of Purchase Orders and chart of accounts
• Ability to understand and follow budget
