Requirements
- Develop, create, and oversee high-quality social media content (videos, images, reels, and other formats) that aligns with brand’s identity
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to conceptualize and produce engaging social-first content
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive engagement, reach, brand awareness and conversions
- Work closely with global and regional teams to tailor content for the Brazilian Market
- Assist in scheduling and posting content across social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, X (and more)
- Check DMs and comments, moderate them, route internally when needed, and ensure users receive timely responses
- Track and report on social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) to assess content effectiveness and guide future strategies
- Support the Social Media Manager by providing insights on engagement trends and content performance for ongoing optimisation
