Requirements
- Have experience in business development or project management
- Enjoy driving commercial innovation and working collaboratively across teams
- Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and SME needs
- Proven experience in business case development and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent narrative and communication skills to bring strategy to life
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Experience in change management and training/coaching sales teams
