Requirements
- Proven experience launching a new product from scratch
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage complexity across multiple business areas
- Strong analytical mindset - using data to prioritize, measure, and learn
- Excellent communication skills - able to adapt from senior leadership to engineering teams
- Deep understanding of customer experience and user-centric design
- Comfortable leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, research, product impact and create high value
- Drive innovation by identifying and applying new methods, tools, and approaches to increase squad productivity and delivery speed
- Track record of working effectively with UX Design, UX Research, and engineering
- 3-5+ years’ experience & understanding of IT development processes
- Airline, travel, or customer retention experience is a plus
