Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Ancillary, Customer & Marketing Finance team. You will provide financial leadership, insight, and challenge across a broad commercial portfolio. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to support trading performance, evaluate new propositions, and drive revenue and margin improvements.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with at least 3 years' post qualification experience
- Proven business partnering experience in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Excellent analytical skills and strong understanding of key revenue drivers
- Strong communication skills, able to influence finance and non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive team player who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
- Strong Excel skills and ideally Planning Analytics experience
