Job Description
easyJet is seeking a Finance Manager – Inflight Retail to join its Commercial Finance team in Luton. The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner to the Inflight Retail leadership team, driving financial performance and supporting the delivery of the wider retail strategy. The role involves business partnering, performance management, financial planning, and leadership and collaboration.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE
- Experience in large, complex, fast‐moving organisations
- Strong analysis and variance interpretation skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage and interpret large datasets; passion for automation and process improvement
- Proven ability to business partner and influence senior stakeholders
- Proactive self‐starter with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent Excel skills (macros desirable); Planning Analytics experience a bonus
