We are seeking a Property & Change Manager to lead specific property and change projects across our property portfolio, supporting our people, third-party suppliers, and contractors within the office, hangar, and wider airport environments. This role will enhance the performance of the business and bring our company vision to life.
Requirements
- Experience in facilities and/or fit out project management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage your own time, prioritise projects and tasks within a close-knit, highly reactive team
- Good understanding of building services installations, construction work standards and facilities contracts
- Ability to recognise and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently, delegating tasks where appropriate
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a people-first approach
- Inspirational leadership, able to influence, inspire and direct others, working autonomously and as part of a team
