Job Description

As a Senior Load Controller, you will be accountable for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of weight and balance activities through the effective leadership of the Centralised Load Control team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Weight & Balance and/or Load Control
- Strong understanding of weight and balance principles
- Good understanding of Ground Operations and turnaround processes
- Familiarity with EASA regulations
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team
- Ability to work effectively in a small, specialised team with a focus on innovation and efficiency
- Resilient, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment
- Computer literate, including Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel)
