Commercial Account Executive

EasyLlama is a HR compliance industry leader that's transforming training solutions with engaging and interactive platforms. We're seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business growth at scale, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close. This role requires a high degree of organization, excellent storytelling and persuasive communication skills, and the ability to navigate through ambiguity and complexity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise closing experience
• Ability to validate a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at companies with 1,000+ employees
• Disciplined approach to CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and deal hygiene
• Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
• Ability to map business pain to solution value and differentiate against competitors
• Comfort working across teams (marketing, product, enablement, leadership)
• Strong communication skills to effectively influence others at all levels
