EasyVista is looking for an ITOM Support Engineer to join an engaged and ambitious team. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through the processing of assistance requests and delivering a quality service to retain the customer base.
Requirements
- Good mastery of Linux in console mode
- Mastery of network problem management and Windows system administration
- Solid SQL skills
- Mastery of scripting environments: Perl, PowerShell, and Linux Shell
