Job Description
The EAT HAPPY GROUP is looking for a Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Immobilien- & Vertragsmanagement to support in the further development of our real estate structure and participate in various projects in the real estate sector.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification in the field of real estate or facility management
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable position
- Enhanced commercial understanding for cost considerations, contract management and business processes as well as a good technical understanding
- Very good organizational skills and a high demand on one's own working methods
- Communication skills and negotiation skills
