Senior People Developer (m/w/d)

The EAT HAPPY GROUP is seeking a Senior People Developer for its headquarters in Cologne. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and developing commercial and clerical employees as well as managers, ideally with an intercultural focus, in the food industry and with a decentralized structure.

Requirements

• Completed studies in pedagogy, personnel development, adult education, psychology or comparable qualification in the field of personnel development
• Several years of experience in training and developing commercial and clerical employees as well as managers, ideally with an intercultural focus, in the food industry and with a decentralized structure
• In-depth knowledge in training conception/didactics and in modern training methods (presence, e-learning, blended learning)
• Experience in creating training materials using digital tools/ AI
• Experience with the administration, setup, and use of an LMS, including system introduction
• Comprehensive understanding of HACCP & QS specifications in the (fresh-) food sector and their effective communication to the target group
• Extensive experience in the Train-the-Trainer area, including the development of operational regional trainers
• High intercultural understanding
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex content in a comprehensible manner
• Hands-on mentality
• Analytical thinking to identify training needs and measure success
• Organizational talent and self-responsible work
• Very good German and English language skills, additional Asian languages desirable
• High willingness to travel, possibly internationally
