Teamlead (m/w/d) Projektmanagement & Konstruktion

We are EAT HAPPY GROUP / FCF Holding GmbH, a Cologne-based holding company operating multiple food concepts. We are looking for a Team Lead (m/w/d) Project Management & Construction to lead a team of 7 employees and plan, control, and monitor retail projects from concept phase to final handover.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, economics or a comparable qualification (e.g. master carpenter / technician)
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail sector
• Knowledge of standard CAD software
• Experience in leading teams and managing complex projects
• Well-developed communication and leadership skills, as well as decisiveness
