Director, Operations

We're seeking a Director of Operations to build and manage internal systems, structures, and culture to support children's wellbeing through access to nutritious meals, quality reading resources, and opportunities to play and be active. The Director of Operations will lead cross-functional initiatives, foster collaboration, and develop efficient processes to drive meaningful change for children and families in Oakland.
