Assembler I- 2nd Shift

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Assembler I- 2nd Shift. The role involves building sub-assemblies and assemblies involving complex and repetitive wiring for Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS).

Requirements

• Build sub-assemblies and assemblies using standard operating procedures.
• Perform visual inspections of material before and after assembly.
• Use various fixtures, gauges, hand tools, and power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair product.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with Raleigh Plant Quality standards.
• Adhere to environmental, health, safety rules and regulations.
• Provide process and safety improvement ideas.
• Ensure machines and tools are properly calibrated and perform housekeeping duties as necessary.
