We are seeking a Buyer Team Leader to lead and manage a team of buyers, providing guidance, support and performance feedback. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of up to 9 buyers, aligning with overall strategy and guidelines, and ensuring that overall goals are achieved for the team.
Requirements
- Manage and lead a team of up to 9 buyers
- Active involvement of critical vendors
- Develop and execute defined KPI ́s
- Supervising and ensure team is working and following approved RASCI matrix and SOP
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for external vendor components
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Managing changing scenarios like seasonality, forecast changes, supply chain changes
- Continuously improving processes that affect leading indicators
- Ensuring that purchasing data (policies and parameters) on the ERP system are accurate
- Contribute and support implementing new digital tools defined by Eaton
- Deploy succession plan and work on a talent pool with the senior leaders
- Assure team is adhering to EATON Life Saving Rules, ethics and other relevant global and local trainings
