CapEx Category Sourcing- Indirect Procurement

The incumbent will be responsible for Indirect Procurement of Capital Material, developing and deploying commodity strategies for CapEx Category to drive optimal cost and conditions.

Requirements

• Develop, plan, monitor and execute Capital material category strategy.
• Implement and execute on CapEx commodity sourcing strategies to effectively leverage Capital Indirect spend.
• Develop commodity strategies aligned with latest internal and external environmental, market and economic factors.
• Negotiate and manage key strategic supplier agreements, cost negotiations and relationships.
• Maintain supply continuity via risk identification and mitigation.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and demonstrates Eaton’s ethics, values and philosophy.
• Responsible for supplier reduction / tail spend suppliers.
• Ensure the monthly reporting/BSC update on time.
• Responsible to drive cost out to achieve SCM objectives and ensure CODB update on time.
