Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in electrical engineering / electronicss / mechatronic / embedded software / automation engineering or similar qualification
• Strong work experience in Electric, Electronic and/or Automation sector in the industrial field
• Leadership experience in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and global locations and cultures
