Job Description
The Engineering Manager – Panels & Switchboards will be responsible for leading the ETO team, converting switchboard product customer’s requirements into customized switchboards. The role involves driving a strong culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement while ensuring successful execution of ETO projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in switchboard or switchgear design
- Demonstrated People leadership and a continuous improvement mindset
