Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related course
- 5 years' experience performing HR Generalist activities in a manufacturing environment
- Strong Employee Relations / Labor Laws experience
- Knowledge of labor laws that impact HR department
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS office and reports generations
