Join Eaton Souriau and help us develop innovative energy management solutions. As a Continuous Improvement Engineer for Industry 4.0, you will lead continuous improvement and Industry 4.0 projects at our production site in Marolles-en-Brie, France.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or equivalent
• Approximately 5 years of experience on a similar post or projects
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
• Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods, techniques, and tools
• Machine connectivity, data protocols, and IT/OT integration
• Rigorous and proactive, with analytical and synthesizing skills, adaptability, and communication skills, and demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and interpersonal skills in change management
• Professional English level (B2 minimum)
