Requirements

• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair work on plant equipment
• Troubleshooting and repair of machine malfunctions and mechanical problems
• Preventive maintenance on plant equipment
• Design and repair of parts to improve machine operation
• Programming basic electronic control equipment
• Recommendations for changes to existing production equipment
• Documentation of electrical modifications to machine tools
• Training of machine operators on operation of new control systems
• Promotion of a safe work environment
• Motivation and coaching of employees
