Job Description
Manufacturing Supervisor responsible for accomplishing production standards, meeting customer requirements, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, supervise hourly personnel, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Accomplish production standards based on performance and capacity
- Meet customer requirements on quality standards
- Monitor production standards and control processes
- Manage inventory of raw materials and in-process
- Drive preventive & corrective actions related to daily manufacturing processes
- Maintain 5'S in the area
- Perform monthly department results presentation
- Supervise and monitor hourly personnel
- Perform and report personnel changes
- Actively participate in Departmental Teams
- Follow compliance of ELSS tools and ensure employee training
- Responsible for Performance Management
- Support and comply with EBS tools
