Job Description
Eaton's Power Components Division is seeking an OPEX Manager to lead manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement initiatives at our Beaver, PA location. The role involves driving performance improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, and Eaton Business System methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, Lean and/or continuous improvement
- Excellent knowledge of engineering problem solving and quality techniques
- Excellent working knowledge of Lean Enterprise, Lean manufacturing, and JIT
