Requirements
- Meet potential Customers, both existing Eaton and Non-Eaton clients
- Indentify and close sales opportunities, while keeping accurate forecasting cadence
- Drive business development and achieve strategic goals through effective sales leadership.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing customers.
- Develop business plans and strategies to expand PD service offerings in the Nordics.
- Lead initiatives to identify and implement new service business opportunities, for example building proactive sales campaigns to address market opportunities
- Build a strong customer relationship and ensure customer-first approach.
- Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
- Travel across the region (minimum 50%) for customer visits, meetings, and site assessments.
