Production Line Manager trainee

Eaton is launching its internship campaign and is looking for a Production Line Manager Trainee to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a global company that values ethics, inclusivity, diversity, and people. The internship will start in April-May 2026 and will provide comprehensive training as part of a diverse and participatory organization.

Requirements

• Engineer or equivalent degree holder
• At least two years of relevant work experience
• General IT skills and management of ERP tools, such as SAP
• Knowledge of some production process tools
• Good problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and proactively
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Finnish is required, proficiency in English is an asset
• Prior work experience in a production environment is considered an asset
