Lead day-to-day functions of the EatonCare SPTO team in Queretaro, Mexico, and work closely with support management in various EatonCare support locations. Develop effective relationships with USA teams, drive productivity, and train employees on sales processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1-2 years manager of people experience
- Minimum 2 years sales, technical or interaction experience
- Commercial experience (Electrical assemblies knowledge a plus)
- High Ability to speak, write, and read English (100% English fluency)
- Project management skill to lead and work in matrix project teams and deal with multiple stakeholders
