Requirements
- Engineering or science degree, or equivalent experience following an apprenticeship
- Minimum 7 years within the engineering or manufacturing industries
- A sound understanding of electrical systems
- Able to work with circuit diagrams
- Proficient user of LabVIEW, MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Understanding of digital and analogue hardware and is able to debug equipment using laboratory instruments (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)
- Electrical test hardware design experience
- An understanding of requirements management, configuration management, and health & safety requirements applicable to office and laboratory environments
- A keen eye for detail
- Pro-active, able to use their own initiative
- Good verbal and written communications
- Collaborates well in a team environment
- A willingness to mentor less experienced engineers
- An appetite to learn
