The incumbent will lead systems engineering, architecting and systems design of Power Distribution products within Low Voltage Power conversion engg organization in eMobility business. This includes requirements elicitation and management, model based systems engineering, and development to a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) centric process.
Requirements
- Develop Requirements, Architecture, Integration, Verification and validation plans for eMobility Low Voltage and Power Conversion Products at system level
- Develop sub-system level requirements, PDSC, DFMEA, DAP, RMSC, DVPs and plan interface requirements between hardware and software
- Responsible for Requirement verification, design reviews to meet requirements factoring in performance, size, cost, manufacturability, and reliability for hybrid and electric vehicles
- Drive predictive approach and analytical problem solving methodologies to improve the NPI/NTI and Current Product Engineering effectiveness as measured by the Business KPI's
- Efficiently apply technical process to ensure Reliability growth plan, Root cause analysis, Design Robustness through application of DFSS Methodology identifying and meeting CTQ’s, Requirement Scorecards, FMEA.
