Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Senior Field Service Representative. This is a hybrid position that requires up to 25% travel with company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop and PPE provided.
Requirements
- Support customers across the power system lifecycle
- Provide 24/7 on-call availability in field service engineering and technical support
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, service shops, and other organizations
- Manage multiple projects independently
- Mentor less experienced technicians
