Job Description
Eaton's Bussmann Division is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes at their La Grange, NC facility. The role involves driving improvements in machine and operator efficiencies while reducing unplanned downtime. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in engineering or operations in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering or operations in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering, experience in Machining Applications, technical knowledge in statistical controls, experience with SAP
