The Senior Product Engineer is responsible for overseeing internal materials management and short-term production scheduling within the Eaton factory. This role ensures strong alignment with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) developed by the Network Planning team through the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (2:1) and above
- Minimum 3 years post graduate design / engineering experience
- Professional accreditation is preferable
- Advanced tools in problem solving and project management
- Specific product / technology knowledge (Hose, tube, fittings. Coupling design experience is a plus)
- Awareness of external trends relevant to projects
- Innovative methods, generates IP and publications in support of business needs
- Foundational instrumentation knowledge
- Proficiency in Product Data Management systems (ENOVIA with Catia is a plus)
