Job Description
The Electrical Sector of Eaton is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to provide high-quality customer service to current and potential customers, distributors, end-users, and sales teams. The specialist will provide technical support, manage customer orders, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing/customer service support experience
- Proficiency in French and English is required
