We are seeking a rare and exceptional individual to serve as a hybrid Executive Assistant and strategic Chief of Staff in Training.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (supporting C-level executives strongly preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail
- Expert user of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management software (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Flexible with availability to support a global executive across time zones (occasional evenings/weekends may be required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is required)
