Job Description
EBC Financial Group is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute social media and performance marketing strategies. This role involves enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing advertising campaigns, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and data interpretation ability.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
