Ebury is a global fintech firm seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to provide comprehensive support across all areas of their business. The role involves troubleshooting applications, services, and infrastructure issues, collaborating with software engineering teams, and working on a collaborative rotation to cover support on different time zones.

Requirements

• Experience providing Level 2 (L2) support in a tech-driven business environment
• Proficient problem-solving skills and strong technical troubleshooting abilities
• Software development experience, particularly with Python
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• English proficiency is required
• Familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud, and Linux administration is a plus
• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus
