The Administrative Assistant plays a key supportive role by providing support to managers, other employees, and varying office visitors by handling a variety of tasks.
Requirements
- Answering phones in a professional and effective manner
- Heavy data entry: time cards, field reports, labels, etc.
- Organize project documentation
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers
- Event planning
- Coordinating/scheduling project meetings, and preparing meeting agendas
- Tracking calendars
- Assisting with purchasing office supplies
- Prepare and track electrical permits
- Provide general administrative support to our project teams
- Assisting with basic PC duties (small lump sum billings, permits, reconcile permit accounts, data entry, admin. tasks)
- Provides front desk relief and/or additional administrative support to others to help meet business and staffing needs
- Prepares routine correspondence (letters, memos, meeting notes)
