The Regional Manager leads and manages a regional area of multiple locations and business groups responsible for profit and loss aligned with overall business plan and corporate guidelines and values. The Regional Manager has overall accountability for insuring construction projects are performed in a safe and effective manner.
Requirements
- Normally supervises 100+ employees (Bargaining and Non-Bargaining Employees)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
- Master’s degree (MA/MA) from a four-year degree in Construction Engineering and Management; and 15+ years of experience in electrical construction and/or electrical construction and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ViewPoint project management software, Bluebeam, and CONEST estimating software, and general internet browsers
- Valid Driver's license
- PMP preferred but not required. OSHA 30 State electrical licensing

- Salary range for this position is $225,000-$275,000 annually
