Job Description
EC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of electrical projects, from planning and execution to closeout and customer follow-up. The role requires a qualified candidate with a comprehensive understanding of project management, communication, and financial considerations. This position involves contract management, forecasting, and collaboration with contractors and other internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years construction project experience in the regional market
- DDC/Building Automation controls experience (preferred)
- Prior experience with design/build (preferred)
- Superiorknowledge of electrical codes and construction methods
- Experience in writing detailed scope proposals
- Experience with McCarthy estimating software
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, estimating software)
- Excellent people, communication and negotiating skills
