Job Description
Senior Project Manager leads construction projects, effectively cultivating opportunities for future projects, ensuring safe work practices, and maintaining quality. They oversee a team of 10 active projects and report directly to the Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers. Responsibilities include financial planning, pre-job tasks, contract management, project safety, and mentoring new managers.
Requirements
- Manage large-scale and Federal Projects
- Proficient in contract negotiations and financial forecasting
- High Leadership acumen
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- OSHA certification or similar safety training credentials
