Project Manager

ECC is seeking a Project Manager for environmental remediation projects in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The Project Manager is responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to risk mitigation, safety, and regulatory compliance. They will lead all aspects of remediation efforts and work closely with client, regulatory, and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations (FAR knowledge)
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from project stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering design drawings and specifications.
• Ability to develop and negotiate subcontractor scopes of work
• Skilled in interfacing with executive management and using Microsoft Office products.
• Competent in using Primavera scheduling software
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or engineering or closely related degree
