Requirements

• 6–10+ years in BD/corp dev/investing within crypto/fintech with a proven live network across digital-asset firms and infrastructure
• Track record originating and progressing complex transactions; fluency in deal structuring and execution
• Operator’s bias for action, elite relationship building, crisp written/verbal communication
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management; mastery of CRM and outreach systems
• Deep understanding of crypto industry as well as traditional finance buy-side dynamics
