Job Description
As Sales & Customer Operations Manager, you will be responsible for central sales operations processes, coordinating the entire Order-to-Cash process, and supporting sales and customers through all relevant touchpoints.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or business studies
- Experience with SAP SD (or related SAP modules) and CRM systems, ideally in the SaaS environment
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office; high affinity for data analysis and process optimization
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, service-oriented
- Very good German and English skills; additional EU languages are a plus
