This Associate Process Manager role focuses on maintaining and enhancing large-scale distributed applications, contributing to architectural improvements, identifying synergies within the organization, and ensuring application performance and scalability. Requirements
- Ability to engage with a broad team and communicate goals in 1-1 and team meetings.
- Proficiency in Java (Spring/Gradle)
- Experience with databases (DB2/Sybase/Mongo, SQL)
- Experience in messaging including Kafka and IBM MQ
- Experience in Linux/Unix and shell scripting
