Job Description
eClerx is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage KYC operations for a large investment bank. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain KYC processes. Candidates should be proactive, willing to take on responsibility, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Responsible for managing KYC operations for a large Investment Bank
- Independently handle multiple clients POCs – establish self as a valued partner
- Build domain expertise across processes supported, assist in speedy remediation of issues, implement process improvements and build / enhance controls to prevent future escalations
- Functional & Technical Skills: Bachelor's Degree in B. Com /BBM or Master’s Degree in M. Com/MBA/PGDM
- 2 to 4 years of experience in KYC and Due Diligence
- Understanding, management, and calculation of risks
- Basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives
- Logical and quantitative abilities
- Ability to manage and complete tasks with minimal direction
- Ability to act fast and decisively in critical situations
- Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
