Job Description
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to align their clinical data strategy with tools and functionality within elluminate. Participate in implementations, provide business process and product best practices consulting services, and consult in a post-implementation capacity to measure and drive an increase in the ROI customers receive from elluminate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/CRO
- Experience in software development environment
- Knowledge of drug development process and clinical trial execution
- Understanding database concepts and ability to use data to optimize reporting, data mapping and programming
- Analytical and technical skills with analytic software applications (e.g., Spotfire, J-Review, Qlik, Tableau)
- Prior management and delivery of technical projects in a professional services environment
