Requirements
- Diploma in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, finance, Engineering or a related field
- > 10 years of relevant experience for Senior Officer, 5 - 7 years of experience for Officer position in procurement or supply chain management roles
- Certifications: professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), or Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM)
- Procurement Skills: Strong procurement skills, including sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost analysis
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier proposals, analyze procurement data, and make informed decisions
- Negotiation Skills: Negotiation is a critical aspect of the procurement process
- Communication Skills: Effective communication in interacting with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management
- Project Management Skills: Able to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
