Senior Specialist, Content Strategy

We’re hiring a self-motivated and creative Senior Content Strategist to join the EcoCeres Corporate and Marketing Communications team. The Senior Content Strategist will possess strong communications, editing, and outstanding project management skills, and proven expertise in social media management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field
• At least five (5) years of experience in Communications discipline with strong knowledge of principles in social media
• Proficient command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proven experience in digital content creation, production, and management
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with great attention to detail
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital content tools
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content performance analytics is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication (oral and written), collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management abilities
• Experience with video production and editing software is an advantage
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, PowToon, Hootsuite, and AI tools for SEO optimization, content personalization, and social media automation is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours if needed
