Ecolab is searching for a Finance Administrative Specialist to perform support related activities, including handling inbound and outbound support to distributors and Ecolab associates. This entry-level role is responsible for accurate and timely turnaround in accordance with service level agreements.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with bachelor's degree completed in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
- Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes
- Strong command of English in speaking and writing
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Effective oral and written communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Must be self-motivated, and both detail and process oriented
